NutriSense Limited is a New Zealand farm consultancy business that was founded in 2000 by Wybe Kuperus. Wybe holds an MSc in Animal Nutrition from Wageningen University and spent a year in New Zealand after completing his studies. During his time there, he had the opportunity to conduct research with Colin Holmes, who was highly regarded in his field, and also worked on several different types of farms throughout the country. Upon returning to the Netherlands, Wybe worked as a farm consultant for numerous national and international animal nutrition companies between 1992 and 2000. However, in 2000, he decided to pursue his dream of becoming a farmer and moved back to New Zealand to work on a dairy farm. Despite his initial intentions, Wybe was drawn back to farm consultancy and established NutriSense Limited while also being part of an equity partnership in a large dairy farm. He also worked for DairyNZ for several years and was involved in various projects within the dairy industry. Today, Wybe runs his own farm on the West Coast alongside his consultancy business. |
